Here are the fixes that some number of these or all need to go in:
1) CovOps Cloaks (really bombers should have this too imho) or remove recloak timer, or both... 2) Combat-Recons should be able to use portal 3) Fuel Bay or reduce fuel consumption of the CJPG and jump drive to by 70-80% which seems the easiest fix and least coding. With BR ships as fuel trucks its workable like this. 4) Some minor grid/cpu tweaks to all 4. 5) CJPG (and JPG) should be able to bridge to Cyno-Generators at POSes.. its goofy that they cannot. 6) CovCyno Jammer bypass I could go either way on really. I kind of like the idea but kind of don't.
Come on CSM and Devs... lets get on this, this is an underutilized class of ships and it has a lot of potential. |

Well I think you have somewhat of a valid point until you look at the cost/benefit ratio of the ship.
With the costs being what they are, BlackOps are more or less toys for rich kids who want to do something a little different now and again.
So if the mfg cost is going to stay at 6x the cost of a battleship, just having a cloak on it really isn't enough of a perk to justify the cost.
They need some tweaks, I would still argue for CovOps cloak because except at gate-camps which CCP is trying to eliminate (new region gate hitboxes, smaller bubbles, etc) you cant surprise anyone with one of these near billion isk ships. I mean if you are locked you cannot recloak, and you wont be outrunning anyone in your BS either....

Ive said it before and I'll say it again.... Devs... Parts of #1 and all of #3 are statistical fixes.. not new coding needs to happen guys... come on give us some love.
