(not as bad nowadays, but i think everyone still prefers to have range to neut/nos strength)

Interesting post, you have thought thought trough and addressed most of the issues so let me just make some comments.
Stealthbombers: Yes agreed. To mention one, and there been other posts about the cruise missile wielding Amarr Purifier. After the missile gimp this ship make no sense at all and need a rewamp.
Revamping T1 frigs: Dont agree, their stats have been adjusted and in my view are as balanced as we could ask for. Additional tampering could make the cure worse than the problem. Frigates are after all beginner ships and should not be some kind of superweapons, some can still be tweaked into something quite significant, such as the Kestrel when it is used in groups.
Minmatar & Artillery (poor minmatar): You mentioned Minmatar twice and once without specifying why. So I put those together, and agreed they need a slight, very slight adjustment to their weapons.
Insurance (needs less payout or higher premium): Sorry, no change, keep as it is thank you.
Cloaking? (1-2 hour idle disconnect is all we need): Cloaking need to be adressed yes, and I already have mentioned the need to do something about cloaking. I am not all certain about idle disconnect. I still think my own suggestion has merit. And that was that there be introduced some kind of counter technology, similar to scanning, slow but working for those who needed to find the cloaked ship.
Interictors (die WAY too easily, need speed boost, or sig reduction): Agreed, this class is supposed to be fast, so they need a bit of love.
Hotkey intergration!: I think this could be a good idea. Yet it might not come from CCP, I hope some third part programmer could make some nifty plugin for our game.
Skill changes without having to log in (god i hate that): This have been suggested before, that we should be able to do so from a webpage. Good for those that would like to access the game from lets say work without having the game client installed, which could be problematic to get the sysop at work to accept even less a favourite for the super. The computer we have at our workplace cant in many cases run Eve either, the one I got are certainly not capable mine isnt. But it can run webpages, so it would be neat indeed.
