Not if he removes all roles from all guys the second he get's the CEO ticker as only CEO can put votes into action and only directors can start 'run for CEO' votes. After that it's simple business of kicking everyone out and collection whatever assets there were in corp hangars.
If the op's need is the real one he is free to buy one of the regular premade corporations. If he is asking for some reason to be the CEO of already established corporation and someone actually falls for it then that someone did not deserve those assets anyway. EVE is game where being stupid can actually hurt.
Unless ofc it's trap set up for OP and they pod his char back to stone age the second he joins or manage to sweet talk his API details out of him and manage to track down the OP's main thru that. |

I offered one to sell , OP claimed he dont know chribba and could not open link to chribba's 3rd party service

i didnt trust you there is somthing about you ..... anyway the link didnt work when i opened it there was just a gray screen and some gray plus things at the bottom idk mabey i typed it in wrong. |

That's pretty lame. Shareholders should be able to start 'run for CEO' votes. |
