You have until the 20th to make your guess, and then dividends will continue for nearly another month, until February 15, at which point all remaining ISK in the corp wallet will be applied towards a buyback. There are certainly some odds and ends lying about. I'll try to determine a fair price for them, and I'll add that into the pool at the end. For that matter you could just put that isk in the dividend pool and pay it out as well. I have no stakes in it anymore, as you know, but wouldnt this save you the hassle a buyback is what with confirming transfers etc.

I'm not taking a salary from this IPO, so my only methods of compensation are shares I bought (on the same basis as everyone else, before you ask; full disclosure: I own about 7b worth of TINY. shares) and un-bought-back shares. It also ensures that anyone who doesn't redeem their shares will continue to have a modest RoI, since I'll be personally-guaranteeing the buybacks for as long as I continue to play EVE; given the time since IPO, I anticipate a potentially-sizeable portion of the investors may not have current subscriptions or be aware of the buyback. Buyback offers will increase by a token amount as time goes on (1%/month, perhaps? I haven't decided). The second reason is to concentrate the ISK a bit more. I know at least one shareholder with over 500m worth of shares who is banned. May as well consider those dead shares and redistribute the wealth to my real shareholders, eh? :) MP -- Proud steward of 47 billion isk in public money, and counting.
