Yes, the current price of a 50 slot server is 100m per month.
The 50% off offer reffers to discounts given if you purchase more than 1 month at a time. (The more months you pay for, the bigger your discount per month)

Yes, for everyone affected (this doesn't affect all my customers, just the few who are this node) I apologize for the inconvenience. When the issue is fixed I will send out a mail to all those who were affected.

I'm going to write an update now. But I will address you first. Everyone else has been patient and has been in contact with me in-game. But you seem to be a little off your rocker. So when the server is back up today, it will not be back up for you. I will be refunding your isk with a prorated refund for services not used starting on August 12 (when the servers went down.)
As far as your accusations go, I have over 50 clients, less than 15 of them are affected by this outage. So no, I am not folding up shop. The majority of my clients are happy with their service, and the affected clients will be happy with the compensation they get for this outage.
For everyone else affected by this, you will get a reply within 5 minutes following this post. |

OK, to everyone affected by the current outage:
I have had this happen before with a small pool of clients, but the issue was resolved in less than 24 hours. The hosting provider was taking too long fixing the issue, so I simply paid (quite a bit of RL money) to move to a new server so that my clients wouldn't be affected any longer.
If I could do that in this situation, I would. I use multiple servers to insure that the latency and load is decent for all my clients. I pay money for each of these servers. The server that is currently affected has been paid for more than 6 months in advance. So I simply cannot rent another server for you.
BUT as compensation for this mega downtime, the ISP has promised to provide 10 days of free service to me for every 24 hours of downtime. I was assured the server would be up within 12 hours. So that equates to around 1 month of free server usage for me, which I plan to pass along to you.
So every client affected by this will receive 1 free month of service. So if you pay monthly, you will not have to pay your next bill. If you paid more than 1 month in advance, you will get the equivelant of 1 month free when your next bill is due.
If any of you have decided to move to a new service because of this, you may contact me in-game and I will refund your last payment with a prorated refund starting on August 12.
If anyone has any questions please feel free to contact me.
Again, I apologize for the downtime and inconvenience. If I could have avoided it, I would have. |

The servers are back up. All of you have an evemail waiting for you in-game. The evemails were sent to the character you contacted me on when you set up the server.
If anyone is using another character now, or did not receive the evemail, just let me know.
Again, as promised everyone affected by the outage will receive a free month of service, so if you pay monthly, you will not have to pay for your next bill. If you pay more than one month at a time, you will be given a discount equivilent to 1 month of free service next time your bill is due.
Thank you to those of you who were understanding and patient during this process. Trust me when I say it was as much of a nightmare for me as it was for you. I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. |

Terrible customer service. This guy promises me a refund, makes me jump through a bunch of hoops, showing proof that I got another server, then tells me that my refund is 19m and I won't be getting a full refund, minus services rendered. So I paid over 600m for 2 months service. Fantastic.
Do not pay in advance with this guy. He will take your money and either provide terrible service or none at all.
Also his excuse for the server being down is pathetic. 4+ days to get a server back up from a commercial datacenter is unheard of these days. I'd like to see screens of your support ticket with the noc. |

No, if you sign up during this 7 day period, you will lock in your payment for as long as you have a server with me. For example, if you signed up in the next 7 days and paid 75m isk per month for a 50 slot server, then you will continue to pay 75m isk per month as long as you need the server.

My server was set up this morning. It set it up within 5 minutes of our conversation.
This is my first time using a TS server, so I didn't really understand everything. Johnny was really patient and guided me through everything.
