It was fine for a while, then the server went offline one day and it stayed down for over 4 days w/o any word. He never communicated unless I kept messaging him. Sometimes he'd just ignore me. I'm convinced now that he's trying to get more yearly customers, so that he can shut down the server again and run off with the money. Whatever you do, do not pay more than 3 months in advance. He will steal your money. You think it's cheaper to rent for a year, but it'll be cost you more since you won't get any service after a few months.

I had a client, Hiryu Jin, who was unhappy about a short downtime he experienced. A few other clients experienced this same problem, less than 25% of my total customer base. Mr Hiryu Jin was very unhappy about this. So I compensated him (and everyone else affected) with a free month of service. I also refunded a full month of service, even though he was only affected for 4 days. But unlike my other customers who were patient and understanding, and grateful for the compensation, this guy went a little off his rocker. I would also like to point out that this person's server is still active, and he is able to use it at any time, despite all his trolls and harassment. If you've been watching my thread for the last 72 hours, you would have noticed quite a few troll posts. These keep getting deleted over and over by the forum moderators and GM's. Yet, he still comes back on alts, and even his main, and posts the same thing. He has now received his "final warning" from a forum moderator. After receiving that warning, he came back and posted again. I'm sure he will be dealt with soon. You may see him post a few "trolls" but they will be deleted a few hours after he posts them when the moderators catch up. I'm sure they will take more permanent action soon to make sure he doesn't come back and keep breaking the rules. Until then, I invite you to just ignore any trolls you see. I can assure you that all my current customers are happy with their server and service they receive from me. (Of course if that isn't true, I invite any of them to contact me in-game or posts their concerns here) I'm sorry for any trouble of annoyance this has caused any of you. I'm sure the staff at CCP will resolve this issue very soon.
