Well into the 3rd page and no official response (or even acknowledgement) from a Dev., polaris(ISD whatever) or GM which is VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Does this mean the can't/won't fix this anytime soon?
The idea that you can always shoot back at some idiot that fires on you first in Empire is fundimental to a game like this. Also, like my dear friend Digital, who can be attacked absolutely anywhere by anyone, they have a right to fight back!
Sort this out CCP or just turn every 0.1 to 0.9 into 1.0 and have done with it and we can all quit and go play sims online (which will have about the same appeal!)
