Hey All,
It is month three of Code Red Trading foundation and I am expanding into capital production!
Business Plan
Startup
The startup costs are being covered 50% by existing funds. The other 50% is being sold as shares.
Startup Costs
8billion isk
What is being bought
4x Carrier BPO's
8x Dread BPC's (two of each race)
What is the return
6.4% per month per share.
Expected Total Profit
With my characters I can build 12-18 capitals per month. I expect at least 2.4bn profit per month from capital sales.

If yes, are they researched?

I am going to be using component BPC's provided by Xabier. They are max researched. I have mineral suppliers that are based out of Delve and they are ready to send me four to six jump freighter loads of minerals at discounted prices per week. |

Ok after going through the API details on the two accounts evn7289 for me I've been able to conclude he has the ability to utilize 47 build slots with capital construction 3 trained on all of them (required for actual construction of the ships themselves).
This should be ample for the numbers of components required to build for each of the capitals.
There's approximately 4bn isk worth of mineral buy orders in a 0.0 NPC station for low priced minerals, from the looks of it he's been making a healthy profit exporting to Jita in the meantime.
Based off the low priced minerals offsetting the costs of building from bpcs he should still be pulling in a healthy profit margin.
As for myself I'm satisfied.

I'm a little bit confused about how you're using the shares. I have 103 in total; 3 were purchased during the first phase of CRTF for 100m each, and 100 were purchased in this latest expansion for 10m isk each.
Am I supposed to have sold the first 3 back to you already?

As per the vote that was passed yesterday, all current shareholders are going to have there shares increased by 10x, this will bring the share value for current holders to the same value as shares being sold this week. If you have ten shares, you will now have 100 shares. |

Yeah I can kick myself for putting 100 million into this IPO. I ve never been a big fan of capital IPO, but really the hook for me was xaiber involvement.
