Originally by: Xanos Blackpaw drop the RCU for another bulkhead and drop the speed rig for another pg rig.
I originally had that however I was trying to avoid a 3rd ancillary rig to save 25 mil.
The speed rig is to offset the slowness of the bulkheads somewhat - and they penalize armor which is irrelevant for this setup.

I like it - any other implant suggestions?

As p'uck shows - its a good bait, however there are other reasons as well.
Domi gets a drone damage bonus - unlike other low slot heavy ships, which would need to fill up their low slots with some damage mods for their weapon types.
Domi has more hull than armor.
Bulkheads use no power grid (something 5x heavy neuts will eat up in short order).

Also i think fitting 3 x fitting mod (rigs included) just to operate 5 x heavy neuts is a bit silly(especially given the price). What exactly are they gonna do 3 heavies and 3 meds won't do for you? Well unless you're neuting capitals that is in which case there are still tons of better ships out there for this usage imo.
But yes if you absolutely must hull tank a domi and it absolutely needs 5 heavy neuts but you can absolutely not afford the third acr or any helpful rig then thats probably how you would do it. But i still wouldn't do it ever - just for the record. so hf
Hmmm - good points - surprise would pretty much the only use for this ship then.

:-P
Edited: Local Hull Repairers
60 second rep cycles suck ass. Remote hull reps cycle way faster and are more efficient than local hull reps.

May as well just go with a standard gank domi with armor. The neuts are there to kill the cap on your victim who's too overconfident at melting your shields/armor - only to realize its too late that he has no cap and your hull isn't going anywhere fast. |
