During the past weeks the so called "Soul Cartell" besieged the area around Misaba and R3-K7K Systems, cowardly ambushing lone travellers and defenceless transportships.
Stain Alliance Fleet Command decided to end this menace immediately effective. Any presence of these terrorists will not be tolerated any longer.
First hostilities started on past weekend, resulting in heavy losses for the terrorist mob. There will be no negotiations. We will not accept surrender. The murderers of innocent civilians will face the consequences for their abominable crimes now!

Soul Cartell terrorists are not beeing regarded as warriors by Stain Alliance Fleet Command. So the personal rights of their members will not be protected by our code of honour.
For their serious crimes like murdering and plundering innocent and defenceless civilians there is only one punishment to be considered: Execution by a drumhead court martial.
Nevertheless, decency commands respect that every individual has the time for last words. Therefore the position of the terrorists was beeing noticed.
