During the past weeks the so called "Soul Cartell" besieged the area around Misaba and R3-K7K Systems, cowardly ambushing lone travellers and defenceless transportships.
Stain Alliance Fleet Command decided to end this menace immediately effective. Any presence of these terrorists will not be tolerated any longer.
First hostilities started on past weekend, resulting in heavy losses for the terrorist mob. There will be no negotiations. We will not accept surrender. The murderers of innocent civilians will face the consequences for their abominable crimes now!

Welcome news, an admirable initiative taken on the behalf of STAIN alliance.
PIE have also been escalating anti piracy operations down in the Sarum - Misaba corridor, yet with multiple operations ongoing at any one time, we have been unable to put as much effort into clearing this area as we would have wished to.
We might even see our independent operations overlap at times ;)

even numbers? when it was even numbers, you jumped to misaba and docked at station after our scout found your save (man that was luck, he did 1 bm midwarp and got your spot  ). in the first fight we didnt expect that you use an apoc with heavy neutralicers.  but i think it was just one bs (razz), zeal lost his scorp eralyer to you when you camped the gate...

the only time Soul Cartel people are dangerous is when they have 10 vs 1 gate ganks. beyond that they are weak, too much time doing gate ganks and not enough time PvPing.
spank'em Stain, and if I happen to be around that armpit of space I'll certainly ask to help out. in fact if you are there next weekend I might fly a few of my boys down...after all we owe Soul Cartel a dept of blood, they took out one of our shuttles once and damaged a blackbird (do you know how long it takes to buff scratches out of those odd shaped caldari vessles!?)

PIE and CVA allies visited the Soul Cartel systems of Gemodi, Mamet & Misaba last night (Sunday). They were pretty much empty. We ran into one pirate (Baagpuss) who through the use of instas and safe spots was able to elude us.
These pirates plaguing Amarrian Empire systems will now have to enjoy some harrassment of their own.
With Stain chewing on their 'southern' operations and PIE and CVA visiting their 'northern' systems on the edge of Empire their future looks bleak.

These pirates plaguing Amarrian Empire systems will now have to enjoy some harrassment of their own.
With Stain chewing on their 'southern' operations and PIE and CVA visiting their 'northern' systems on the edge of Empire their future looks bleak.

OK, the 3 Fights Over the Weekend:
1st Fight:
Gosu, Zeal, theBold and Sinjin.
You were camping R3, you had setup a mobile warp disrupter (you ebil pirates).
We got organised after you ganked one of our ravens and jumped you, resulting in the loss of Zeals Scorp and Gosu's Raven (and Pod), Sinjin and thebold legged it as soon as we jumped in.
2nd Fight:
We were in R3 as were you, we had a fight, Razz lost his Raven, one of our guys lost some frigate. You warped off after the apoc of doom zapped all your caps
You got re-enforcements (we can see them on the map you know) we jumped out after seeing 19 people in or about to be in R3. We are now all in Misaba when Geoul Spirit finds our safespot (lucky git) and eventually, after a little smack, everyone goes home.
3rd Fight (Sunday):
We send a load of ships down your way, you see us coming as you had thebold and sinjin sat in misaba, so could blatently see what we had building up and where, what time we were leaving, the last time we all took a dump etc.
We did not do well in this fight, at least 2 bs of ours go down, along with some frigs. At least one of your bs goes down, along with some frigs. When I warped back to that gate I saw exactly five Stain cans, and exactly five Soul Cartel cans.
You then managed to GANK two more of our BS as we were making out retreat.

they like to have mining efforts and operations going on in Sibot(0.2) one jump out of Kherem.
Sibot only has 2 gates so it is a pass through system. I have not gotten total movement patterns but they contsantly traveling through there and often doing some mining there as well.
Just incase anyone cares to want to try and disrupt some of their income as well.
Mostly "the short bus squad" members with some "celestial cartel" members passing through there.
From what i can gather, the short bus squad I think are the ones supplying the others in the cartel. Just a guess from seeing the trafic patterns.
Various cartel members are found policing the beacon in valmuu one jump out of mamet.
That whole area used to be full of some decent corps(about 6 mothes ago) that all worked together to keep it safe for PvE and NPC hunting/mining.
Used to be a great place for people who were not "looking for" PvP but were ready to dish it out when the situation need be. Just a shame to see those corps/members have disolved or left the location.
Used to be a great place to go mind your own business.

So it was me in the interceptor that warp scrambled u... but your drones where funny playing with :) i just had u scrambled until the main fleet came :) did kill 2 of your drones :) was funny :) got out with half armor

we lost due to no TS .. i was docked getting a cup of tea as i returned i saw 6 Soul local i called in gang chat i was omw to the gate.. sinjin jumped out of system due to a 5v2 attack zeal held out well unfortuantly it wasnt enough resulting in the loss of zeal and gosu (gosu could of warped if he wanted but we stand as 1 we fall as 1) i mwded to gate but was to late to join the fight as i enterd the system i saw it was useless so i returned and docked..

Local flodded to aprox 30 soul's resulting in us undocking = insta death..
i was afk sinjin logged
i saw the blob move into r3 and go to hed.. stain saw we was about to be flanked by another ca force which we engaged shortly after the soul fight resulting in ca loosing i could confirm a tempest and a scorp as i have both the kill emails (at home at work atm)
and yes it was a weekend of fun fun fun for everyone!:)

WOOO its great to see 3 threads about SC on the C+P area, we must be doing something right...or are we?
No-one moans if CA, FA, SA etc protect their area of space (no matter how they do it - blockades, huge fleet fights etc). However, when a small group of players on the border with empire want to protect their intrests they are labelled "pirates" usually by the idiots who trespass on our property and dont take their shoes off. Theres enough warnings about the place fgs, you've got to really want to die to keep comming through day in and day out. We have even been getting the insta-jumping hoes who try and beat us in the last week (kudos to gazza the leet apoc user :)).
So if we are pirates...what does that make the Stain Alliance? I fear the forum filter may be the end of me, but i spose its better than getting banned ;) I say we start with, pompus, trumped up little ******s (btw that's a reference to a certain germanic 20th century leader whom now i think about it, does indeed warrant a forum filter ;))with no sense of decency, righteousness or courage...no doubt Misaba and the surrounding area will be ravaged by mobs of 50+ SA ships. Methinks they will scurry home quickly with their tails between their legs when CA exploit this dissolution of Stains "superiority" over that particular border region.

We are receiving confirmed reports that a Stain Interceptor targetted an innocent civilian passing through the Kheram solar system. While only a sketchy account is available the following details have been learnt:
Unfortunetly for the attacker, he wasnt banking on the the Sentry guns not to aid him at ganking civilians. While their numbers are numerous, their skills at gateganking are somewhat insufficient. The civlian was hastily quoted after the event, "I just dont understand it, this place was so friendly before, corps like LEGION were very polite and just let me be after a quick chat, why are these people trying to kill me? Did I do something wrong? I hope PIE rid this area of the troublesome pirates as soon as possible."Ø
Locals were further bemused by this turn of events after the activity of the previosu few days, and hope that the area will be restored to its usual quiet self. After this incredible occurence Croen decided the job wasnt quite finished and he also lost his interceptor to the magnificent sentry guns. I would like to compliment Concord and other related authorities on the recent improvements to the sentry guns, which are a valuable piece of system security.
MASS later demonstrated their naivety when an Apocalypse battleship (piloted by MASS CEO Trigger) was nearly destroyed by sentry gun activity. Travelers wishing safe passage through the domain area are advised to steer clear of the Mista stargate in Kheram due to the incessant gate ganking by MASS ships, then again i suppose thats their perogative.

I would like to compliment Concord and other related authorities on the recent improvements to the sentry guns, which are a valuable piece of system security.
MASS later demonstrated their naivety when an Apocalypse battleship (piloted by MASS CEO Trigger) was nearly destroyed by sentry gun activity. Travelers wishing safe passage through the domain area are advised to steer clear of the Mista stargate in Kheram due to the incessant gate ganking by MASS ships, then again i suppose thats their perogative.

No, desicions were made during absence of KROM director/s. KROM however was part of CA for 2-3 weeks I believe. I am not exactly sure, I was one of the directors that did not get a say in the decision because I was on vacation. We then withdrew from ca for reasons which will be unnamed. So currently we are allianceless.

terrorist = a person, usually a member of a group, who uses or advocates terrorism. a person who terrorizes or frightens others.
territory = any tract of land; region or district.
defend = to ward off attack from; guard against assault or injury.
your portrayal of the Soul Cartel as terrorists is far beyond what i would call an alliance defending its borders. and i do take offense to being called a terrorist, as it were, i know this is not a r/l situation but be careful how you use the word, it has more meaning to some than others. i dont see what the Soul Cartel is doing to be any different than SA or CA defending itself agaisnt intruders or attackers. if i myself were to venture into your space i would be hunted attacked and killed without question. and dont tell me i wouldnt either, because it is BS. and these innocent civilians you speak of, i had no idea that we differentiated between civilian and military in this game, i thought they were all players who decide their own destiny and fate. i dont discriminate between players. you tread in our space you pay the price - just the same as if we went into SA or CA space we would pay the price for trespassing - so to my way of thinking we arent doing anything different from what you do. and dont tell me that you dont attack indys and noobs either - i know for a fact that you do. they are defenseless and helpless but you kill them because they are in your space. The other day , PIE corp attacked me in Gemodi, well thats fair enough but could someone from PIE explain to me why the ISK corp was attacked and killed by u guys? it seems to me that u will attack anybody and are not on some pirate clean up mission. I mean attacking a Mining corp full of noobs trying to make a buck to buy a ship? I was in the same belt as them when u attacked me and even i being a pirate left them alone for the reasons ive stated, sounds a bit odd to me. Maybe PIE are pirates but just pretend not to be :)

Firstly Thurkett, i never claim to be anything else but a pirate :) , and secondly to PIE thats a very good story about the ISK corp working with me and i was protecting them, well actually its a pretty crap excuse, I normally kill peeps like the isk corp as they will tell u :) just like THE WISE GUY thurkett or whatever the noobs name was. So indepandent mining corps that are not with SA bullys beware, they will prob kill u and blame it on some other pirate corp for working with them :D

The way i see it everyone has there share of being a pirate, a hero or whatever and you ALL guilty of blowing up someone innocent at some point. This new breed of "pirate hunters" are the funniest thing to happen to eve since ccp last annoced a improvment to their service. It seem the best way to offend someone is to label them a terrorist or pirate when u all guilty of doing just that and so fall into trading examples of when the opposition did this or they did that or i have a report of...

The ppl you shoot at have no interest in "your territory" they obviously are passing to get to Stain.

Our only problem is the negative sec rating we get killing Soul Cartel pirates. Poor Siobhan can only shoot two more before she has to go hunting
Actually we have been surprised with how few Soul Cartel are around. Our fleet went halfway to HED-GP last night looking for pirates and that was the second op in three days which would have been targetless (if it had not been for Antdung's bravado).
On a side note we also visited Chamune last night and found 5 Isk corp pilots mining there again. This time they were not being protected by Soul Cartel pirates so we left them alone.
We passed many random travellers in our patrol - but we only engaged (or tried to enagage) those who are part of the piratical Soul Cartel alliance.
We shall continue to patrol the region as long as a reasonable threat to these Amarr Empire systems remains and our duties combating Minmatar terrorists allow us too.

Till that last little line of the system info in upper left says Soverignty: Soul Cartel
I guess you really can't call it your space.
I really enjoy when this army of one can wrap you guys(group of 8/9) up in one system for hours trying to chase me around.
Fast as fast as can be, you poor souls can't catch me.

well they got me and a corp m8 some mins ago first frigs who scrambeld us to hell but we made to gate(we were both alrdy dmg alot) but thx to ccp defending seems to be also a crime(we shootet back and got 1 or 2 down) and then we were not allowed to jump out the sec bit later 2 frigs where back and a raven also they got us both :-(.
well nothing gainst pvp but ccp should change the point that the ones who got attacked and just defend theirself are flaged!

but whatever.
I like that such a big and powerfull cartel has such a big problem with a solo pilot.
I will continue to fly the area and if soul exists in the area all corps policing the area will know what i know via this and any other forum pertaining to the cartel.
Why? Cuz i fly the area and report

he really should try to cover his tracks a bit better than that.
