Already the irony is not lost on us as we prepare to sanction the votes!
The likelihood of Mixed Metaphor being anything more than a vocal parasite on Galnet communications is also not lost on us.... But we can live in hope that the Mighty Andreus himself will undock a ship worthy of his big mouth and monstrous ego when we show up in a system near him (ps sunshine that means your precious carrier)..
Will this be the case? Probably not.... We are fully aware of Mr Ixiris' capacity to token war dec and vomit asinine drivel across the airwaves with little to back it up other than the hopes that some of his so called friends will come to the rescue when his mouth gets him in too deep.
We are fully prepared for him to undock in something more fitting his combat capabilities and more than likely other body parts as well..........A frigate!
Whilst the Alliance's and other corps actually fighting the War's they have proposed continue to honor their inceptions.......Mixed Metaphor hides away in stations waffling the usual BS in local communication channels.... far far away..
Is anyone actively hunting you Mr Ixiris? I have my doubts....
Why? So many of you are asking.... Would a corp made up of highly experienced, highly dangerous reformed Pirates be going after such a little t.w.a.t.waddle?
Because we can.... 
You are our first Merc contract Andreus........I have no doubts whatsoever it will be memorable, regardless of the fact that you will refuse to undock and engage..
Just the tears as you go running to anyone who you think might save you is joy enough for us...

Your duty is to the contract, not to your egos. I know Andreus well, and one thing he most certainly is NOT is stupid, despite what his critics may claim. That carrier, I fully guarantee you, will remain securely docked and under close guard, because he's not dumb enough to fly it into combat out of ignorant pride. Especially not when he knows damn well just how many people would love to gloat about its' demise.
Besides, the Black Sun is configured as a logistics platform, not as a combat ship.
A mercenary is a professional - polite, efficient, impartial. Their job is to shoot who their employer tells them to shoot and to keep it businesslike. "Nothing personal" lies at the heart of their creed. If they can't do that, people begin to question their neutrality, and you lose potential customers.
If you can't resist the urge to taunt and insult your targets, if you preferentially choose your contracts out of personal dislike, if you absolutely MUST open your career with a shameless attempt to compensate for your hilariously shriveled genitalia via petty taunts, then you aren't deserving to call yourselves mercs. You're just ignorant, greedy thugs.
I won't wish you luck, seeing as you're fighting a friend of mine and a corp stocked with good people. Good hunting to MXD. |

I have to say that that Stitcher's insights here were very poignant. Though, to be fair, the OP never made any claims to professionalism, and in fact his every word argued against any familiarity with it.

Congratulations are due for RAMIT, as the first official Merc job they ever engage in, these "reformed pirates" will attack a target they obviously have no hard information about, apart from their CEO's name and the existence of a single capital that was announced a logistics’ vessel a long time ago. Obviously this is a recipe for victory, ne?
Furthermore, gloating about their 'inevitable' victory because they are oh so experienced, skilled and dangerous former pirates seems the order of the day.
It would appear to me, Miss Goddess, that your rather hilarious stab at Andreus' ego is rather ironic considering your own statement regarding this war and your own corporation's ability to win it. You presume far to much.
If I were you, as a merc corporation's CEO or spokesperson I would be far less smug and childish about it, and simply go about my job with a clear head, a professional attitude and a solid tactic.
Luckily for me I'm not you, and that shows. I'd wish you luck in avoiding the results of under-estimating your opponents but you don't deserve any, "reformed" pirate.
Nor will I wish MXD luck, they will most likely not need it.

You announced your intentions before you even lodged the paperwork with CONCORD, giving me and my pilots time to prepare. You speak volumes about what you think you know about my tactics, whether or not it has any basis in fact. You hurled a lot of invectives and made yourself look like a fool. You declared victory before you even started the war.
You do realise that your future success as mercenaries now actually directly hinges on your ability to effectively fight my corporation? If the statistics aren't in your favour at the end of this war, I sincerely doubt that you will ever be hired again, even by the most desperate of people. |

I know for a fact that MirrorGod fired a few of you, and, let's face it, under that harsh exterior MirrorGod is actually a fairly easy-going, forgiving person, so to be cast out of Heretic Army you have to have been pretty dreadful. And I wouldn't hold being in that corporation against you - Heretic Army are competent warriors and good friends. They're pirates, yes, but honest pirates. Generally, if you're not competent, loyal or honest, you'll get thrown out - but I'm sure that's just coincidence, right? |

Let's clarify a few things...
The Final Stand and Rex Box fired Heretics for being absolutely awful...
Most of the really good pilots left Heretics after this failure and went elsewhere.... Some to The Final Stand, others to various other corps, many back to Genos Occidere..
The pilots that have formed Uranus Assault Team all chose to do so freely as they wanted to fly in a well formed team under one of the best Field Commanders in Eve.
You can choose to swing it any way you like........... We know exactly how you feel right now....
Probably about the same as the last time she sent Mercs after you and you begged Heretics for help right??

The last time I got mercs sent after me, if you remember, we beat them with an 88% efficiency rating, when they outnumbered us 3-to-1. We outnumber you 2-to-1 - and don't even dare compare yourselves to TNT, because they were competent, honourable, polite, impartial mercenaries who fought hard and smacked seldom. When making the announcement of ensuing hostilities against us, they never insulted us, they never belittled us and they never made assumptions about how we fight - they also made the announcement after they'd started the war. Their leader, Viqer Fell, was one of the most amicable, astute commanders we've ever had the pleasure of matching wits against. They are one of the two mercenary corporations that I have ever felt respect for - the other being Duty.
You, on the other hand... well, given that I've described you as "nothing like TNT", and there's a very detailed description of TNT just above, I'm sure you can guess, right?
Oh, and Ms. Subaka, thank you for your kind wishes. Never let it be said that I am too proud to accept moral support simply because it came from a rival. |

Someone will have to point that comment out to me, because for the life of me all I've read so far has been drivel belonging in other forums of discourse ((CAOD)) perpetuated by UAT and good wishes for MXD from various sources in response.
I must be missing something. I still haven't figured out who these dreadfully powerful UAT pilots are either. I must of missed that somewhere in the CONCORD bulletins. There are so many of those bulletins its hard to keep track of them all.

I don't know you, nor do I give rats ass about you but I gotta say you must've royally ****ed up at some point. I mean I have never seen this much support given to MXD publicly. Never. Even miss Subaka is wishing us the best of luck. And hell, even Uncle Vik's rooting for us, that is quite frankly something I did not see coming. I appreciate of the moral support we are offered so my thanks go to all the pilots whom have wished us luck for the coming days.

After 24 hours fighting can legally occur between those involved.
As a point of interest Mr Ixiris. We could have actioned the war dec before this little communication. We decided to wait for your response before deciding wether or not you were worth our while in pursuing. Thank you very much for confirming you will undock for a fight Sir!
