Only one way to solve this problem. Fight to the death. Whichever one survives has the more accurate experience with MS.

Ignoring all the pathetic "mine is better than yours"
I have Windows 7 and run EVE perfectly fine windowed or full screen with no missing edges or anything else. Its the same as Vista and XP.
Windows 7 64 bit here.
Don't know why your having issues but it isn't windows 7. |
