it be nice if you could link bombs, so when you launch 1, 10 comes out , and they are all linked...that be nice with ddd too.. i mean launch 10 ddd at jita's gate.... |

Define powerful? For alpha I'd go with 3 linked faction citadel torps on a seiged phoenix. That, with good skills can knock out an over 100k alpha strike.

Highest DPS would probably be the dual giga pulse laser or whatever it's called, highest volley, citadel torps (a volley hurts more then a DDD on a single target) |

A critical volley from 3 sieged blasters beats that by some margin. Also, smartbomb DPS is limited only by target density.

Answering your question seriously for a moment though. I think when fitted to the correct ship you'll get the most DPS out of T2 Neutron Blasters, and for 1 volley hits (Alphastrike) 1400mm Arty IIs, although I know Tachyon Beam Laser IIs are very close.
Ignoring Dread guns and faction stuff.
There are many places in this game where battles are fought and won, EFT isn't one of them. |

A dread in siege will alpha strike more than a DD ( assuming 100% damage impact, which is rare), although only hits one target. A blaster fitted moros with sentry drones is very powerful.
But the most powerful weapons in eve are intel and leadership. Without them your an insurance claim waiting to happen.

Yeah, ECM on a Falcon melts your shields and armor within nanoseconds and thus it is the most powerful ("overpowered") weapon, even more powerful than every Citadel Torpedo Launcher or a DD
