I've been messing with Merlin and Kestrel setups, and the Kestrel is far superior, so I'm betting the Crow is the same, since it's the same "type" of setup as the Kestrel.
I wouldn't use Light Missiles as there was a post somewhere regarding the damage comparisons between light missiles and rockets, and rockets have a greater Damage potential over time, mostly because of the INSANE refire rate you can get on the Rocket Launcher. And since I'm assuming you'll be right in close with them, the 25km range of the Light Missile isn't a factor.

Merlin is better than condor is nt an apoplicable comparison. Raptor and Crow are equal ship classes. Both are the lvl 1 interceptors for Caldari. Therefore, they should both be "relatively" equal, ideally each suits different purposes best. But at the current moment it seems the Raptor is too outclassed. Turrets are a more grid-intensive weapon than missile launchers and yet the raptor has less grid.

And the rest :P has 1 less high slot... less speed :/ theres lots of other things which make the Raptor inferior to the crow :( the only good thing about the raptor is that its at a reasonable price unlike the crow which is ridiculously priced.

Yeah id give it atleast another highslot and maybe another turret slot aswell. Currently a raptor is outclassed at everything, you can rig it with blasters..... a taranis is far better, you can rig it with missiles..... a crow is far better or you can rig it for long range..... a crusader is far better.

ive used both and crow is miles better in almost most aspects and to get over the cost factor of it buy a bpc (should beable to get one for 1mil) and all the components, which should only be around 4mil intotal so ur saving almost 5-10mil depending on the crows price on marktet
