Gnomes Rock	Posted - 2009.01.14 22:35:00 - [5] Jury Rigging V, every races cruiser skill to V, every races weapon systems to V, armour and shield skills to V, Advanced Spaceship Command to IV, Drone Interfacing to V. That should get you started, don't waste any time and start training now. It'll be worth it in the end.

The actual skill requirements to use or build T3 items as far as I know at the time of writing hasn't been released. If you include logic and a oh I can't be a donkey (getit?) someone else type the words. It's two months away, if you're in to salvaging and building already you should be ALMOST there I doubt even the most drunken CCP devs would have a 90 day skill training pre-requisite for T3 ships. After all they play the game as well. -------------------------- Life is about memories the more the better.

I would train skill that have affects on all ships regardless of the ship type, and universal weapon skills. aka Energy_Management or Rapid_Firing The main idea here is even if you train the wrong skill, you are still a better pilot for it.
