I am sick of these threads.
ENGLISH MOTHER****ER CAN YOU READ IT?!
No info on skills required, as has been said on every other ****ing thread. Nothing will be solid until it his tranquility. Even the test server skills are often wrong (eg black ops). |

Didn't you hear? Nerfing V was the pre-req for Pre-Nerfing which CCP has trained to IV now.
To OP: You can't find it because it hasn't been released yet.

Look in certificates for the wormhole manipulation certificate. I can just about guarantee its what is going to be required for actual exploration of the worm holes.
Now, everyone, relax before you go off calling me an idiot. Just look at the wormhole manipulation certificate. Its considered a standard certificate, despite the several skills that are required to get to 5, a trait of most elite certificates. Then, just look at the freaking name of the certificate, and then think about what a big deal CCP is making about wormholes.
Now, as to what is required to actually fly them, i would suspect the usual round of whatever size ship to 5, maybe certain other skills to 5 depending on what ship parts you use (electronics to 5 for an electronic-based midsection, for example). So, just get core skills to 5 for the ship stuff you want to fly, and hope for the best. I'm hoping for a Droneboat/Ewar ship, personally |

Yeh because portal generation is such an important skill to have... I can bet apples vs oranges that wormholes will not need 14235 months of training and will be accessible to most players right off the bat.
or even tl;dr - certificates make no sense most of the time. |

If this is the case then why do you need mining drones for the Ice Mining cert?? You can't mine ice with drones!!!
Certificates are about as useful as a car with no wheels.

That information is a secret. Every player will know them when T3 items are released.
Same opportunities to we all, not fair that forum gurus would be getting the info earlier :) Daniel, 24, from Spain. Have fun and fly safe =) |

But we can still speculate. For example, racial cruiser 5 is no brainer foe every component. Next, powercore component skill. Engineering and Mechanic comes to a mind immediately. Maybe also Energy Grid Upgrades or Energy System Operation. Propulsion Component skill - that's Navigation 5.One component might require also Afterburner, other Evasive Maneuvering. Defensive - those are simple. Caldari should require Shield Managment, while Amarr Hull Upgrades and Repair Systems. etc etc.

Tactical Timesink Manipulation is also a pre-req.

My current thinking is that each component will have one or more prerequisites to fly ships including it, along with more skills to be able to use it in construction. This means that a full T3 ship could require as many as 5-6 skills to level 5, including racial cruiser 5. In addition to this it's likely that T3 ships will require the 'ancient race skills' to use. |

I wonder if they will make it take piloting skills to construct the ships and construction skills to fly them.
I would say that would suck to me, except that I am a trained up combat pilot with almost maxed memory. So my industry trains fast :P |
