HED-GP area and catch are too volatile to be claimed by any alliance. Stain are currently holding off the pirate elements from there but I couldn't say if they'd shoot a random corp member trying to come through.
What I would say is ignore the first post. Catch isn't their territory and if you wish to go mining/npc hunting in Catch them feel free but be aware it is both a warzone and a pirates haven.
B-VIP9 is more relevant to curse.

I don't dispute that you can shoot people in your space. I do dispute that HED-GP or any part of Catch is your space. But I don't dispute that you can shoot people in Catch if you want to. Just don't be surprised if you get shot back.
