The idea is simple.
Change the bonuses of the carriers so that they are able not only to deploy 1 additinal Fighter per lvl but 1 additional DRONE per lvl. That means that the carrier would be able to deploy 15 sentries at the same time (with 5 drone control units). Or 5 fighters 5 sentries and 5 heavies for example. OR 15 light drones at the same time. That would make the Carriers behave more like Carriers in terms of offence and not like Dominixes with a bit better drones that are now.
This idea came to me as i was recalling the last time while we were roaming on hostile 00 territory we bumped into a carrier . We were a fairly small gang. We had like 3 BSes 4 HACs 2 Recons 3 ceptors 1 dictor 2 frigates and we had no problem killing all the carrier's fighters (in the end he managed to dock though 
But what this memory leaves to me is that it was easy to deal with that carrier that offencivly was useless against our gang and i don't feel it is right. I mean ok we would never be able to break it's tank but that shouldn;t be the reason we wouldn;t be able to bat it. We should have expereienced more losses than 1 Bs that we lost i think. |

Wow I totally thought that bonus applied to all drones, But i definitly agree, if you can control 15 fighters, you should be able to control 15 drones. |

the bonus does apply to all drones.. if anything they need to fix the description, but the carrier bonuses apply to all drones, not just fighters.

*edit* Do you mean that for example Thanatos 5% damage bonus per lvl to fighters applies also to sentries or to light drones and that it has 200% control range to light drones for example? |

The quantity bonus covers all drones.
The damage bonus is only for fighters.
The range bonus is only for fighters.
The fighter damage bonus is lost when delegated to remote pilots.
I would like to see the range bonus cover all drones as well, but meh.

I dont fly a thanny so i wouldnt know, i would assume the gallentean above me is correct since it is likely he does.
