You might think so...the other day, I kid you not, I managed to get some phased plasma into .... tractor beams. Yes, seriously. The ammo even modified the tractors range, but since it was PP and not something long range, I kind of regretted it. (I undocked, dropped a can, and verified it, too) I also wasnt able to reproduce it, I bet you have to get lucky to desynch just right.
Retrospectively I want to add that I'm really sorry I even thought about fitting the wonderful thrasher for a short salvage run. |

You will need to be more specific.
What do you want to do with this Thrasher? Missions? Ratting? PvP? Salvage?
We can't really come up with a setup for you if we don't have this information.

Artillery thrashers are a good way to go, also known as "You will not be tackling any of the ships in my gang thank you very much"

Takes perfect fitting skills for all t2 but can be reduced to best named for lower skill amounts.

I actually prefer an offlined heatsink in the last high, usually a small remote rep. It gets offlined even on fits that would have enough grid for it... I think arties, slightly baked to taste at 220ŚC are just the right thing on the thrasher. |

This, just probably without rigs. Its like wrapping fine china in a singe sheet a clingfilm, you are not going to protect it from the movers. |

Here's the AC version:
HIGH: 7x 200mm Autocannon II Small Energy Neutralizer II
MID: Catalyzed Cold-Gas I Arcjet Thrusters Warp Scrambler II Medium Shield Extender II
LOW: 2x Gyrostabalizer II
RIG: 3x Projectile Ambit Extension I
Hits out to 24kms with Barrage, will fry anything that gets close with faction EMP S. Less vulnerable than most destroyers to TDs. Works very well in environments where you're not expecting to face anything cruiser size (FW, minor plexes, basically)
