It has been a while since my last QUALITY post due to some complications with our dear friends CCP it looks like ghost will not be posting for another 85 days! BUT NEVER FEAR! ANNA VALERIOS IS HERE!
Its been a long week in Detorid this week! With SUPERFRIEND forces fighting constantly, a quick TLDR of the boring crap. For those who have not read the last thread which I simply cannot believe; unless ofcourse you are new to EVE!
ANYWAYS I promised a quick TLDR up until the last 2 days so basically SUPERFRIENDS defended 3-l and killed the 3 TCF towers that where deployed so the system should now be sov 3 and jammed if I am not mistaken!
NC in their INFINITE wisdom decided HEY GUYS LETS ATTACK DG-/0-W! Together with GOONSWARM we can purge these towers that are not claiming sov and really show SUPERFRIENDS who is BOSS!
Okay so thats the TLDR up to the last 3 days.
So the NC attacked BoB towers in 0-w on Thursday I think it was, with a 100+ man cap fleet, 200 battleships, and 5? I think titans. And ofcourse lets not forget their key weapon the 4 members of GOONSWARM that where present! Ofcourse the NC onlined the jammer as its scary to fight unjammed systems with those sorts of numbers lets not kid ourselves!
SUPERFRIENDS quickly adapted to the situation and began moving in and out of the pos bubble shooting NC capitals resulting in 2 carriers and ONE DREAD KIA'd!!! With 23 battleships lost and 22 killed. One very interesting thing is that the NC never entered siege with their 80+ dreads for some reason this was deemed to SCARY! under the cyno jammer so they shot the towers out of siege.

Friday comes and numbers are about the same again a good 500 on each side, bob towers coming out shortly and NC capitals begin shooting the tower, once again resulting in SUPERFRIEND forces gathering a further 3 DREAD kills and 5 CARRIER's that where for some reason chilling in a safe spot and receiving no backup.
~ tower dies, bob get DD ****d due to a newb fc mistake ~
The other 2 towers where timed for Saturday, something about logging in capitals resulted in a further 7 DREADS killed by SUPERFRIENDS, bob has repped and re-stronted their pos hopefully the fights continue!
Just some information on this system, bob originally put some towers down here when they came down south about 1.5 months ago, goons where unable to kill these towers alone so left them to focus on fighting with AAA. There was 3 towers I believe 2 BoB one EXE. Every other moon is covered with a BATTLESTAR's pos so there was never a threat on sov for GOONSWARM. GOONSWARM didnt even turn up for most of the ops and their contribution since being ****d in GHZ has been minimal. It looks like goons are just letting their allies do the hard work.
So the current total please correct me if I am mistaken for 0-w a system that has absolutely zero value in this war ( by this I mean its not threatened at all and not even bothered about by owners of system ) capital losses are: 7 CARRIERS 11 DREADS kill for the NC.

I have no idea what Menas means but unfortunately I missed today and yesterdays fleet stuff due to RL so might not be up to my usual quality I must admit.

It's nice to see that NC is finally putting those dreads to good use. I mean losing capital fleet to save the system, which is not in danger, how much more genius can you get? Please remember at the start of the year there were serious discussions about who NC will allow to live in Catch. You know people were already picking which AAA station their alliance will take for keeps.
So the question is, if the NC is doing so poorly against AAA\BoB BS fleet, what will happen to them in a system without a cynojammer? I'm scared to even think about that. |
