BH Strijd > irrelevent tbh, the rules of the server are on the beacons and wrote on the forums. Your inability to use tolerable language is not acceptable
^^^well thats quite interesting considering i said **** in local and then i pm'd him to ask sitting in ffa1 for a min nicely,and then he throws me 49 jumps from FD with no good reason when EVE cusses all the time when ur tryin to jump though gates and you have agression im a payin customer of this game for a very long time and ive never ever been treated like this and i want to be moved back to FD asap this was wrong doing by a BH

Either that or you could accept your punishment, get in a shuttle, hit autopilot and quit moaning.

anywhere outside of FD is consensaul combat as far as i know so they will just get banned

You'll still lose your mega, and if you annoy a BH....on THEIR server....well - its his choice to reimburse you or not :D
Either way, you swore in a public chat. You're there to test things, as a volunteer, for CCP. If you curse in local, you arent testing things for CCP. Thus, you serve no purpose.
And i see no problem with a BH moving a guy for being abusive. Btw, convoing a BH based on his decision is harassment. Same way as convoing a guy constantly for killing you is harassment. You were moved. If you didnt like it, petition it. Otherwise, stick to CCPs rules, policies, and stick on their good side.
If it was something we were paying for, then yes. Id agree. But as stated before, its a priviledge, not a right.

I have read over the logs of your conversation with BH Strijd and his actions of moving you were justified after you were abusive in local, did not cease after his warning you continued to swear.
As said above, the test servers are a privilege not a right. They are there to serve a purpose of testing and disruption of their goal will not be tolerated.
At this time I am prepared to leave the issue as is, however if you insist on continuing to be abusive and disruptive on the test servers you will be permanently removed.
