When POS and Shiva come along (SOONÖ), that wont be as bad as it is now.
Cheers, atarola ----- Jonny Damordred: Political attachÚ of the Drunken Horde.

Originally by: Maya Rkell Then we should be able to get good faction with Serpentis and have them buzz happily arround NOT attacking us in belts while we mine.
Can't have it both ways.
Then alliances should not only give me a travel pass, but let me suck down all of their tasty arkonor without attacking me.
I don't see why NPCs playing politics is unbelievable, when players do it all the time. Don't go near Serpentis belts, it's as simple as that. --- Having recently acquired a lab slot (thank you, rental bug), I wholeheartily concur, there's absolutely no problem with lab slots! |

I wish I could find comfort in that. When the conquerable stations came we all hoped it would be awesome. It turned out they sucked. They had but one service each, rendering them pretty useless. And without proper means to defend these stations the fight for them resembled a tiresome ping-pong game more than anything else.
As for Shiva and POS it's strictly "I believe it when I see it" with me, and desperatly wondering how many other systems will brake in the process. The "everything will be fine with Shiva"-argument resembles the "everything will be fine with Castor"-version very much. It represents an optimism I have a hard time coming to terms with when applied to such a complex product as a MMO-game.
Don't underestimate the major effect on playability and stability that the vast feature-set of Shiva will bring. Unless CCP threads carefully and gets really jiggy with their testing departement I'm afraid "a hard rain's a-gonna fall".
But no, I am not cancelling my account, and no, you can't have my stuff.

I agree with that. One of our guys have a 4.3 with Arch Angels, seems like they would like him, but they still fire on him.
