Many of the GBC roaming gangs also met some PL titans. Oh, and they also lost a ****load of caps in lowsec.

So you deliberately handicap yourself to get the kids in the lower years to play with you, because you know they wont even bother unless they know they have some sort of huge advantage. I feel like im turning up at someone else's part of the playground and saying "Hey, want to play tag? I'll tie my legs together and cover one eye if you like!" Doesn't that mean you are not worth reporting in system? Also, if you are worried about getting blobbed bring more ships. Honestly, I am sorry if you go to an alliance's home system and they end up with more people but that is on you for lack of planning.
