What happens with the tutorial if the agents offers are expired?
Do i wait or....do i do something else?

2. there are a total of three (3) "tutorial" systems/constellations (I'm assuming you mean the combat, adv. combat, industry, exploration tutorials), just go to one of the other two areas and run them there. Might be a bit of a hike though (hit F12 to find the tutorial locator thing).
3. roll up another toon on your account, run the tutorials, then go back to your "main" (or make that new alt your "main"). |

Yea Preacher the tutorials are not supposed to expire like other missions or mission offers. |

Just petition it and it'll be reset.

Allow for a hour or so for the petition to go through, they can sometimes be responded to within minutes but hour for this sorta thing is a safe bet.
If ANY of the the missions for the career or tutorial agents expires or is failed then that entire agent is done with you as the system is designed to give you a specific set of one off missions and then never talk to you again. If you break that chain then it ends early and you're done.
