I feel sorry for you up in Empire space with all the nodes crashing. No problems down here in underpopulated 0.0 space. Now, going to track down some wormholes.

The alliance as a whole has been mounting expeditions into wildspace. Down here, the sleepers are VERY strong, but the rewards are worth it. Sign on now, and enjoy access to those wormwholes while flying with great corp and alliance mates.

Yesterday and early this morning, our alliance had some PvP ops which had some very impressive results due to excellent leadership and high levels of participation. It was nice to be part of that team and had fun at the same time.

We had a miner join our corp about five months ago. Said that's all he wanted to do and indeed, he is a good miner. This was before UVIM joined a 0.0 PvP alliance. Well, it took awhile, but he finally joined us in 0.0 space and even started to train combat skills. Yesterday, he was KILLER OF THE DAY, with a solo victory. So, congrats to UVIM member Soldier!

Well, it's been an exciting time since my last bump. Stargate Experiment 626 Alliance leader decided he did not like the way things were going and kicked out all but three corps. Of those three corps left, one promptly left themselves leaving 626 with like 40 members! Most of our old Alliance mates went off and formed a new alliance and we were invited but the corp membership by a close vote decided to join the Own allaince instead.
We had to evacuate three large death star POS, along with dozens and dozens of member ships, tons of fuel, minerals, modules, rat loot, etc all in two days with only a Dreadnought and Carrier. We did it, and not a single UVIM member ship was lost and all are now up in empire. This took a lot of effort and teamwork and I am quiet proud of the corp.
Now, we begin the effort to move into our new 0.0 home. This region offers MUCH better ratting, mining, and of course, more organized PvP. There are also many stations so we don't have to live out of a POS! Access from Empire to our new 0.0 region is through areas controlled and patrolled by your allies, all of which makes logistics much easier.

We had one new player join this weekend. Another player from the EU timezone, which is good since it is keeping our ration of European players at about a 25% level.

anyway, hows your australian timezone level?, i would love to begin pvping, and im very willing to listen and learn from anyone willing to teach me, current corp and alliance im with is content to just kill anything that comes into the system, and never run pvp ops....ever.....they just sit there....and say that there bored and then dont do anything about it. ill probably talk to you ingame tommorow and ill definatly check the ingame chat channel, and this forum post

While I would love to tell you we got loads of ANZAC and Asian timezone players, we don't. None in fact. However, we are at times online during those Timezones with several members. Other times, you might be the only one in our corp online. However, being in a decent sized alliance there are always alliance mates to do things with, from pocket defense to roams or worse, make isk by ratting. It really just depends on what is going on.

Another new player joined today, wants to learn to PvP. This is excellent timing since our alliance will have some special training classes for new PvP players young and old designed to be be a blast and to learn. Join NOW and join in on these special ops.

We had two new fine players added yesterday. If you notice that our corp membership has not changed much that is because we are purging several inactive, some of which are players who will return to UVIM once they again have the time for EvE.

Yesterday, when there was a lack of FC in the area and reds came around, one of our members formed a fleet and in his first time out as a FC had three kills and no losses. This is what we like about EvE, seeing players develop both in SP and in leadership in the game. We also had another new recruit sign on too.

We are going to begin production of T1 frigs, destroyers, cruisers and latter branch out into BS for the benefit of our members. We already have all t1 modules BPO and will make greater use of them. We are doing this because our corp is growing so rapidly and this will not divert away from our PvP focus.

Please note that we have raised our SP requirement to 8 million. This is to keep the gap between some of our new veteran players and recruits from getting too large. We are also wanting more BS pilots since some of our younger recruits can only Suicide Weasel until they get more Experience and SP. Players I have already talked to and today only will be grandfathered in if below 8 million.

We now have a second carrier for logistics, even though the pipe from HS to our pocket is at times so clear you could do it in a freighter on auto-pilot.
