Irjunen, the Corporate Police. Ground up to Level 4s to fund my pvp habit without ever leaving Hi-Sec space. Its really kind of absurd how much you can make doing that. Anyway. Take off Auto-Target back. Don't have anything cycled. Don't shoot anyone. Warp to zero. Thats about my best advice. Least it wasn't a Nightmare or Rattlesnake. Anyway. Sorry for the incoherent post. his fit doesn't look all that horrible, by the way. In missions it mostly about tanking over raw dps outfit. shrugs.

You shot one of them. At this point, he has the right to defend himself, which he did by shooting back. And yes, if you engage a flashy, you do become flashy to the player you engage, but only to that player.

This. In Empire, once you aggress someone, even if they were flashy red to you, they can aggress you back without consequence. If someone steals loot from one of your wrecks and you shoot them for it, they are perfectly free to shoot you back without CONCORD intervention.
