The missions that have roids in them are spread across all of the types.
As for who gives out what kind of missions, there are several lists. Here is a link to one.

Thanks! But from what I understand, these mineable asteroids are in combat encounter (kill) missions and not in courier/trade/mining missions. Is this true?
So it's logical that I have to get missions from agents that have more combat encounters (kill) missions then?

I just got "Enemies abound" 1 of 5. (lvl 4 - Quality 6) caldari navy agent mission.
According to eve missions guide, this mission is a miners dream filled with:
1,260,000 Omber (14x 90k-roids) 800,000 Scordite (16x 50k-roids) 350,000 Kernite (14x 25k-roids)
All M3. Would think it would take hours upon hours for my corp mates who mine to strip it.

It's nice to know about some of these high level missions, but not every miner can clear level 3's and 4's before getting to work on the rocks. I tried to concentrate on missions where it was easy for an industrialist to deal with the low level spawns, or even just tank them in a hulk.
Of course, if someone found a big chunk of Arkonor in a lvl4 my Raven would clear a path to it in no time.

I just mined out the level 1 version of 'The Blockade' - just under 4.5million in veldspar, and a whole lot more concentrated than the rocks in 'Break Their Will', but I'll see if it can be farmed for the week.

Yes the higher kill mission rate, the better chance of getting missions whit roids in them... If you pick a corp whit 3-4 lvl 4 agents in close range of each others, then you can basically get them nonstop. It will take a few days to get it right..Just keep the cycle going even if you have a mission you can farm,so you have a replacement after that mission expires.. Or even better if you run 2 accounts which you should do if you mine missions this way,get both the miner and the haulers standing up whit the agents..Then you suddenly have 8 agents too pick missions from

My corp goes after the rox in those missions. We get a lot of grief from the locals whenever we eat a belt in about an hour, so we almost exclusively mine mission rox. We go after Kern only in "quiet" and nothing more so I don't give it away and start seeing crowds.

Recon (3/3) is a good one for mining for the wrong reasons... Get yourself an orca, put your mining ships in the bay - they are usually too flimsy to survive the flight to the gate, but the orca can tank it without trouble. It's just kinda tedious to fly the distance.
But eventually jump through to the other side, launch those mining ships and start loading the orca up.
Now, when I mine missions I get the occasional probing ninja salvager turning up following ship signatures. Well if they do it on recon (3/3) their fragile covert ops ship flies straight into that exploding gas cloud. The language in local was quite entertaining.

I'd say the entire "grid" ... I was looting with another ship some 170 kms away from the roids and still got hit by the booby trap ... <~ sig starts here

Break their will level 3 is full of Veldspar and Scordite
not on the mood of scanning them all but:
- 40x Veldspar roids, them all seem to be 70-80k so about 3millions - 20x Scordite roids, from 40k to 80k, so about 1.2 millions
profit!!
