Or will the 4%-10% per month ROI be in the form of increased share value with cash only coming out at the end (after around 12 months)? Its in the plan... there will be Monthly Dividends. Depending on the close-out date here of the share sales I would ike to start payments ASAP seeing the first dividend paid out on the 1st March 2009 (for Februarys Profits).
