Assuming you sent the petition through email, using the same email address you list in you registration details, then I'm afraid your message never reached us.
Did you send it through the Ask A Question section of our website? Remember, when you successfully send us an email, you receive an incident reference number. If you do not have one, something has gone wrong.

What annoys me is when they finally answer you its allways the same answer..." Our logs do not show this, sorry for your loss hope you can recover ".
What I would love to know is what do these logs actually record because of the 2-3 petitions over stuff I have added in the past I got that reply on all 3 of them. Is this the easy fob the customer off line from CCP.
If in doubt Our logs do not show this seriously you Customer support guys have to stand up and put some more effoet into replies to mails.

if you run the log server it shows lag and crashed, but ccp will not take it into evidence as it can be edited....ive tried and cant seem to, so why not make those records read only and uneditable

A few months back I got an answer within a day. Now I can't even send them because you my account already exists or some crap :S .
The exploit and harassment ones are answered in hours, and an we have an option less vague than other? I have real problems with that one, read as, doesn't work. ------------------------------------------------ I've always owned Kehmor, cheap as chips off Ebay
