Yeah, I experienced CA first hand today for the first time....
I usually stay in empire, but I'm getting ready to move up to 0.0 to help my NEUTRAL corporation with some things out here in the wildlands.
Zelota and Some alt named "Creed Richards" tried to gank me in my Badger Mk. II when I was passing through A2.
Zelota gave up after one jump, his little buddy (Gilligan? ) gave up after 5 or 6. That's not at war. That's being a pirate. CA is actively engageing in pirate activity, if they deny it or not.
The U.S. Army doesn't shell Pakistani tourists passing by in a bus when they come up to a checkpoint. Terrorists do that. So in my eyes, until someone proves it differently, CA are a bunch of terrorists and pirates.

Just a quick question what are you doing in CFS/FA space mining? If so your refining in there refine station that takes a % of your minerals which in turn go to the CFS/FA corp that controls that station which they sell for profit. So in an indirect way you are giving the CFS/FA corps money. Hence why you are not neutral.
Its not just CA that do this a while back before I was in CA I was in a 10man corp I was ninja mining in Vale and got ganked a few times by RKK I asked why and they said the above.

Just a quick question what are you doing in CFS/FA space mining? If so your refining in there refine station that takes a % of your minerals which in turn go to the CFS/FA corp that controls that station which they sell for profit. So let me get this straight: Your boy wouldn't have shot me if we weren't using the refining station? How the holy hell does he know if we mine or refine out there? He doesn't. We aren't in an alliance, we aren't at war... Your little buddy just started shooting the second I decloaked.
So basically, I got shot at and followed for 5 systems because, what? I decided to fly an indy that day?

umm.... I dont think anyone doesnt refine in 0.0, its a major pain in the ass to haul something 30 jumps out 50 times, its much easier to haul it 8 jumps away to a refinery, refine it all, then take all the refined ore back in one go. So its assumed you used their refineries.
