I want to pirate with two friends, one in a Falcon and one in an Ishtar, who should my third be? I was thinking either a scanner or another damage dealer... More gank or a utility do you guys think? Anyone else run small gangs want to tell me which is decent!

Though the Falcon is not the best prober I'd put a probe launcher on it and add more damage to the gang.

you need a fast tackling ship for this operation. the smaller ships would escape from you. since the QR patch its hard to lock on to the buggers.

Curse or Zealot, all the way.
If you need probes, you can fit a probe launcher to the Falcon. It won't be as fast as on a covops, but it can still be useful.
