Hi, I would like to know how can i perform a instant warp with a mammoth industrial ship. what modules will be needed. Thank you.

Insta warp in an industrial is not all that easy. You can reduce aligning time by using inertia stabs, but it still takes time to align. Insta warping only occurs (to my knowledge) in two cases, (1) you are aligned and above 75% of your max speed. (2) Your max speed is dropped before you ship slows down (such as being webbed).
So in all reality, all you can really do is lower your align time as much as you can. This is done through skills in inertia stabs. |

Any ship, even interceptors will have to speed up and aling befor warping (even if it's damn fast with high skills/good fittin). A "real" instawarp can only be performed from a station. Really handy in tradehubs or when stationcamped.
Undock from the station with a small, fast ship. Fly a bit more than 150km in the direction you get pushed out from the station. Since all ship courses are deviated by a few degrees to avoid bumping, you might want to ajust your course slightly (a celestial in the undock direction will do as well).
If you now undock and warp to that BM, you will actually instawarp.

Usually, the easiest way to do this is to fit an MWD and pulse it as you align. Click it green, click it red in rapid succession. It will deactivate on the next cycle and spike your velocity above the 75% threshold. With haulers, it generally needs to be a 10mn MWD in order to work but I'm not sure if the mammoth can fit that. |

Kuranta is basically spot on. You probably need to clarify your question, as no ship in the game can simply perform "instant warps". What you can do, depending on the situation, is perform all the necessary alignment and acceleration manually, beforehand, so that when you do hit warp you will enter the warp tunnel instantly.
However, note that this takes time to set up the situation. Sometimes this is fine, if you're waiting for a particular event to happen before you enter warp but want to do so immediately should it occur (e.g. long-range ship firing at you, pirate decloaking nearby, ally says he has the enemy aggressed). Other times, this will do you no good at all (e.g. jumping through a stargate and into a gatecamp).
I'm going to assume that you're considering the latter case - in which case it is simply not going to be possible. In order to warp you need to accelerate up to 75% of your maximum speed, in the direction of the target. "Insta-warps" are done when you have performed this task in advance, but you will not get that luxury when pirates are targeting and warp scrambling you. The best you can do (as pointed out by Mal Lokrano) is to increase your ship's agility, which will increase its acceleration and thus decrease the time it takes to reach that critical 75% velocity. Of course since all the agility modules are low-slots, you will need to balance the agility increases against any warp core stabilisers you may wish to fit (the more "insurance" you fit against being caught by solitary non-HIC targets, the more likely you are to be caught by larger gangs and HICs).

This doesn't insta-warp you. What this does do is ensure you get into warp after one cycle of the MWD, which is 10 seconds. This can be useful for lumbering ships like plated battleships, who would naturally take more than 10 seconds to get into warp. However, 10 seconds will be more than enough for any gatecampers to lock you and thus it's unlikely to help in this case.

There is another insta-warp trick, but requires a cloak (Improved Cloak II, to be specific), mwd and some practice. This is generally done to escape tacklers on a gate, where an interdictor isn't present, or unable to deploy bubbles (lowsec/highsec).
1. Align in the direction you want to warp 2. Immediately engage your cloak 3. Immediately engage your mwd (you can do this before the cloak finishes it's first cycle) 4. Turn off your cloak just before your mwd finishes it's cycle 5. Spam "warp to"
I'm not sure if this will work with a T1 hauler, but I've done it successfully with many other ship types, including the Prowler before they could fit covops cloaks. |

Good point.. the only real solution is a blockade runner with a cov ops cloak and a healthy dose of practice. I was assuming the OP just hated waiting for the ship to align and warp.

An old freighter trick is to have an alt or corp mate web your ship just as it begins aligning. For some reason, the webbed ship will instantly enter warp. |
