^^ This. Or is scamming isk from someone who paid for it also a violation? What if you scammed someone, who had paid for the isk but you didn't know they had? But you do What if you suddenly turned into a cup of coffee?
Scamming isk you know to have been gained through illegitimate means would be considered a sub-violation, as you are knowingly taking 'illegal' goods into your possession with the intent of keeping it.
The same applies to actively using macrominers as your source of ore, without reporting them.
But with regards to turning into a cup of coffee, I wouldn't mind, because at least I'd be delicious and have the ability to keep her up all night. ;) ---

Sorry, but when I see someone flying a vindicator with medium modulated pulses in a lvl4 mission, I start to wonder what's going on.
People buying isk without putting into the community (ie: selling GTCs for their isk, at least affording people that are unable to pay for the game with real world money [or simply don't want to]) are just pathetic.
They are feeding non-gameplay characters, such as macrominers, rather than those that genuinely put forth some effort to get where they want to be in EVE.
Your opinion is borderline isk-buying supportive. |

Frankly, given the state of this community, in my opinion it might not be such a bad thing to have no interaction with these morons at all |

Way to go on missing the point. This thread is about the BUYERS, not the sellers. |

To answer the OP: Report them. If that doesn't do anything, report them again. Isk buyers are the s****of the universe and need a banstick shoved up their a-hole.
Several times...real deep, so that they'll remember it. You could say this for GTC sellers as well, but it's unfortunately legal. Does not end up hurting the economy as bad though. ISK comes from legit players, whereas the ISK from ISKspammers comes from 23/7 macro operations and account hacks. |
