I'm collecting science skillbooks, and I'm looking for the Sleeper/Talocan/etc. skillbooks. I know they come out of Cosmos somehow, but not sure exactly, and I don't have the isks to just buy it - any pointers on where I can find them? I'm hoping to find the Sleeper one first, which I gather is in Ani..

It has been some time ago, but I think I got my Yan Jung skillbook in Deltole.
Warp to Deltole VI - Moon 1, and you can see a small complex. Outside hang a COSMOS agent named Sebast Mathon (L 3, Q -20, Caille University [Gallente]). He gives you a 3-part mission, and - if I remember correctly - one of the rewards is the Yan Jung skillbook.
I have no clue to the other 3 skillbooks.

At least it was found a week ago in there, by someone in that very system and plex.

It was the (empire faction) Encryption Methods skillbooks that were removed from the COSMOS complexes, not the skillbooks that allows you to construct the modules based on the technology of the ancient races. |
