eVaLF Delivery Luck	Posted - 2009.01.31 16:26:00 - [1] DTRUK Presents - Market Forcasting / Manipulation Some of you may know my main, some of you may know of my current POS Fueling adventures and other services I offer the Eve Community. For those that don't you will probably be reluctant to invest with me, and that is fine and fully understood. My main could ask for this isk and get it without even a post, BUT that is not the purpose, I want a new image per say with the new MD. So as I see places to make isk on (that requires large enough to create an IPO) I will do so. So those that know my main lets try and keep it on the down low for now, if somone chooses to name it, so be it will deal with those strides as they come. Now to the Plan - General Back Round - I have played with trading NPC Goods, T1 Goods, T2 Goods, Quick Manipulations of prices on T2 goods, t1 and t2 production, invention, and of course POS Fuel Delivery Service going strong now going on 2mths. I have aprox 40mil Skill points with this character, and have all skills required for the proposed plan. Some that have my API or that I have worked with in the past can vouge for this if they like. Available Shares - 1,000 Share Price - 10mil Isk Total IPO Value 10bil Isk What will isk be used for? I feel I can raise the price of a certain material atleast 10% over time but with a quick price raise of 40%. This isk will be used for this one project only. This product is not an item that can be produced, nor is it an NPC item. It could be a Moon Material, Minerals, Ore, or any extension of these. I will not release the exact product until the IPO has run its course for obvious reasons. My Risk? - 10bil Isk of course is at risk. But I have 3.2bil isk currently in EBANK, Ricdic can verify this for the community if he likes (Ric its under my main name). I will not withdrawl any of this isk until the IPO has run its course. So that leaves 7bil Isk left. The last 7bil I leave open for scam, IMO what the point and fun in it with no risk. Yes I know this will not be liked by many, but I don't feel it will hurt on this IPO Selling out. The IPO Risk? - I am investing this isk into a material as stated above, if all goes wrong it is possible to lose isk on this IPO. If I don't manipulate it right, if CCP does some miracle patch that changes this item. The item will remain in one station, so there is zero transpertation risks. The only true risk with the plan is if I screw up the manipulation or it does not work at all. Even then you would not lose all your isk. How Will this work over all - I will start collecting isk as of after DT Sunday (Tomarrow), but put in your reserves today if you want first grabs at them and can't be on after DT. The IPO Life span will be Aprox 3mths. I want to keep this IPO short and move it quickly to bring in isk for myself and you. At the end of the IPO's life span (no greater than 4mths, at this point I will liquidate it all), and shares are worth all the isk other than 20% of actual profit. That will be my fee. So if at end I have 14bil isk I get 800mil the rest is for the share holders. The shares will be BOUGHT Back. This is so that I can open future IPO's without changing my corp name since my POS Delivery Service is based on this Corp as well. You can send isk directly to me, make sure to make a post when you do so, and I will send the shares. I am sure this will get lots of flames due to the nature of how I am releasing this, and that is fine. If for some reason by February 5th I don't collect 10bil Isk I will purchase the rest of the shares with my own isk. RECAP - Risks - Market Manipulation/Forcast is a risk of its own - Me being an unkown to many, or a new face Rewards - This could be up to a 15% per month reward. - Anyone who invests in first IPO gets my next offer before anyone else. But I know for damn well what you'll be manipulating and I can tell you I just don't see prices sustaining that manipulation for over 3 months. That is, unless you're banking on patch day to sustain the high for that much longer. That said, I'll see about freeing up some capital and will prolly throw some isk your way. Thanks. My goal is very quickly make much profit as I can, then let the rest just sell over time. Most the profit will come from the first few weeks. I don't care about the long term effect since by time that rolls in I hope to be out of it and working on somthing new.

My skills are known already which proves I have plenty of market skills. Other than that you can look at my contracts to verify I do POS Fuel Delivery and take a look at my POS Fuel Delivery Thread which has 5 pages of bumps and friendly comments. Other than that an Audit would prove nothing. eVaLF Delivery Luck	Posted - 2009.02.01 01:28:00 - [12] Seems just about all isk has been recieved already, shares will be given out within 24hrs and the project will start within 24hrs. I will be doing a weekly blog / update here in MD to let investors, future investors, and prospective IPO's know how I like to report and see my reporting done. It should come out each Sunday, but give or take a day as always, I have firm beliefs that RL and Fun comes over any IPO.
