Yes, it will be a lot harder to be ahead of tomorrow's team scores.
Goonswarm needs 5 more teams to do less than 142 points with 1 win-1 loss.
However those who lost last weekend will all have more than 142 points if they score full 125 pts wins so Goonswarm has to hope that 5 of the 8 teams who have 1 win today and will lose tomorrow do less than 17 points.
On the other hand, if I did math correctly:
Interbus (101), The Honda Accord (113), Prime Orbital Systems (125) and Tenth Legion (125) are already out.
Privateer Alliance (156), Firmus Ixion (168) and Goodfellas (181) have qualified.

edited my post a bit, but at this point only the teams with 2 wins are guaranteed to go through
all of those teams might be through, it's by no means certain

Actually they have. Mathematically speaking, out of the 16 matches tomorrow, there will be 16 more 1-1 teams. However, even assuming the winning losers earn max points and the losing winners earn lots of points as well, there are several matches on the losers bracket where even if they win with the full 125 points, the winner of that match would have (notoriety/minmatar 146, chain of chaos/divine 149, vvv/celes 155). Therefore, goodfellas, fix and privateers are automatically in the top 16 of the 1-1 group.

Did some calculations, heres what I got on which 1-1 teams from today will or could qualify:
<TLDR> G00DFELLAS, FIX, PRIV are in; Goonswarm, Caldari, Gallente, Bastards, Atrocitas have decreasing chances to get in, in that order; the rest are almost surely out. </TLDR>
There's at most 27 teams that can rank higher than G00DFELLAS. 30 for FIX, and PRIV squeaking into the last spot with 31 teams ahead of them. This leaves 13 1-1 slots still up for grabs.
Since tomorrow we see highest scoring 0-1 teams, the 8 winners out of those matches will almost surely have better scores than the remaining 1-1 teams from today, assuming they score close to 125 points.
Taking that into account we're left with 5 slots in contention among the rest of the 1-1 teams today and the 8 teams that will lose in the 1-0 bracket tomorrow.
...and the top 5 teams from today that aren't guaranteed a spot are: Atrocitas, The Bastards, Gallente, Caldari, Goonswarm
To advance, these teams need a lot of the losers in the 1-0 bracket tomorrow to score very poorly. Caldari and Goonswarm just need 5 teams to do badly. Gallente needs 6, Bastards 7, and Atrocitas all 8. Having a couple of 0-1 teams win with significantly less than 125 pts will also help.
REPO, IRC, and BLACK really need the stars to align for a qualification. They need all 1-0 losers to lose with close to 0 points AND a few 0-1 winners to score a lot less than 125.

Wait dakura has us and caldari faction warfare at 142 points. Why do you have the caldari team at 144? Also what sort of rules do they have on tied who will win the tie between caldari faction and goonswarm?

I'm not sure if Caldari is on 142 or 144, I just followed what Tyrrax wrote in 1st post.
Anyway, here's a quote from the rules:
Rankings
If at any point, teams are level in Win/Loss and also level in points scored, the following will be used in order to resolve this.
1. If the teams disputing rank have fought each other at any point, the winner is higher.
2. The current ranking (W/L, then points) of the last team that you defeated. Higher is better.
3. The current ranking of the last team that defeated you. Again, higher is better.
So Caldari FW would be first in case of tie, as their last defeated team has a better ranking than Goonswarm's last defeated team.

For Caldari FW to go through only 1 team in the last 3 matches need to get less then 142 points (based on the post above). And then it will be the only FW team who made it. |

Yep, I missed to count one match apparently (of which both teams are going through). Those guys from Chain should be really relieved I would guess, since I really didn't expect any team in the last few matches to score so low as the puppets just did. |

Yes, he didn't list Manifest Destiny 240 and Ushra Khan 230 - since they are the only 2 who don't have 250 points it's not very hard to figure out where they rank ;)
