I have a few questions about joining the military.
1) lets say im enlisted in the minmatar. Im in the amarr empire too. Inside the amarr empire is a minmatar station, will i be attacked?
2) im still in the amarr, and i head to amarr station. Will i get blown too? by npc's
3)Will joining the militia limit my marketing?
4) will i get blown up by npc's of the oppisite faction? |

If you join the Minnie faction, and go into Amarr space, Amarr NPC's will shoot you. CONCORD will not. Be warned, Enemy Factional NPC's will spawn on top of you, whereever you go in an enemy highsec system, if you warp to a planet, NPC's will be there very soon. If you warp to a SS that's 50,000AU from the sun, NPC's will still be spawning on you very soon.
Factional NPC's do not warpscram/jam/nos/neut like CONCORD does, they are tankable, and destroyable too ^.^ If you decide to engage in a full blown firefight with them, be warned that they do respawn insanely fast, you will not clear a gate/spawn of them out, by the time you have one popped and move to a 2nd, one will already have respawned.
Station guns will not open fire on you, regardless of your Factional alignment.
You may still dock in an Amarr owned station.
Joining a militia will only affect your marketing if you're placing/making orders in an Amarr/Caldari owned station (Low Standings affects broker fees)

2 and 4; Upon entering Amarr space (undock/gating) as a Matari subversive there is a 5-10 second delay before an Amarr Navy group spawns and kicks you where it hurts. They will use neutralisers and webs, but no scramblers so you can always warp away (pretty sure racial eWar is deployed).
3; Depends where your market is, if you do a lot of business in Amarr sovereign space then yes, otherwise no.
Note that by joining a Militia the opposing faction AS WELL as their ally (Amarr+Caldari/Matar+Gallente) will treat you the same way, ie. a navy spawn in Caldari space should you choose the subversive path.
