Actually, salvaging other peoples missions requires a good bit of practice to be good. I like to spice things up by stealing everything in your mission too. I especially like it when I elicit a response from you as it means I'm that much closer to not only getting your mission salvage and loot, but also your ship and the tasty mods it drops from time to time.

For real ninja fun sneak in, pillage and plunder without being seen! That increases the difficulty factor quite a bit. Of course, I usually don't have the time or patience for that so a quick smash and grab is the usual AND a much better profit source than running lvl 4's at 1-2 hours a piece.
And the tears/complaints are just incidental... it just makes me hate you more if you cry about it. Get over it because you will have about 50+ more missions done while I'm stuck at work IRL. The good missions to loot are the ones with decent people who would rather BS with you and laugh about it over a cold beer.
