Petition doesnt work, i have done that 2 months ago and i got an answer that it was part of the game mechanisms.
Though i have to add to this topic that the act itself was pretty cowardice, however the fact that modules remain active and your ship just vanishes after 2minutes is something that needs to be discussed by all pvp'ers. Because when you think of it, what can happen to your enemies can happen to yourself aswell. Atuk/m0o and all those who roam around in frigates time to time and killing ships that way are bound to having the same experience as this.
Enough rant, im back to my Krystal Steal movies.
