!!!!!!!TANK CEO IS SCAMMING!!!!!!!
i did his buddy invite program and he SCAMMED ME.
he thought i was a simple-minded newbie who didn't know any better, but he was WRONG.
i chose his second payout option, which reads as follows:

My secret is not found in any current guide, or links my competitors provide who try to drive you away from my offer.
in REALITY the "guide" he sends you is not UNIQUE or EXCLUSIVE... in fact it instructs you to download "isk the guide" - a freely available resource!!!
his "SECRET GUIDE" covers such things as... the differences between the four races ships... CHARACTER CREATION.... using implants.... everything that you can read everywhere else!!!
and finally his "SECRET GUIDE TO BILLIONS OF ISK" -- -- FARMING DATACORES!!!!!!
EVERYTHING his guide contains is freely available on the eve university website or the official eve wikipedia!!!!!
TANK CEO agreed to reimburse me 100 million isk if i found his guide lacking - i have not seen a penny of that money! instead he tried to argue with me about it!
this is a SCAM, do NOT let TANK CEO scam you!!!!
PS - I WILL SEND HIS CRAPPY GUIDE TO ANYONE, FOR FREE, WHO WANTS IT!! SEE IT AND JUDGE FOR YOURSELF!!!!

he claims his guide is EXCLUSIVE and contains SECRETS that you CANT READ ANYWHERE ELSE
FACT:
his guide actually contains information that you can find written all over the internet.
FACT:
he is lying and therefore scamming. he offers his guide hoping newbies will pick the 100m isk option so he makes more bank.

hello
tank ceo still has not sent me the isk he owes me. i have reported him to the gms and they basically said they would not do anything about it. please be aware of this when you are doing buddy invites - if you get scammed, the gms will not help you. |

no it is absolutely true they told me that because the word "secret" is open to interpretation that they will not take action.
however they did not take into account other claims tank made such as "exclusive" and that the information "cannot be found anywhere else" - i mean come on he even links to the wikipedia where he copied his information from! they let him pass lies.
also they are ignoring my petitions now but tank did not pay me all the money as per our deal. he still owes me 100 million. |

these are his exact words about his offer to me when we were emailing

i understand you are angry and upset but i still have to point out several problems and lies in your post. the first one is that you are excusing yourself from your commitment and making up excuses. also most of your excuses are either outright lies or misleading, for instance

mmm not exactly tank. your post has been edited several times by cpp and you now have to post a disclaimer... so there was definitely a ruling against you... so i can understand why you would be so ... defensive...
and as our deal predates the addition of the disclaimer, the disclaimer does not apply to our situation.
