Eject from your ship and forget to bm it. lol im gana have a fun week using my scanner to track it back down lol combat:Your Civilian Gatling Rail Gun hits Amarr Sentry Gun, doing 0.2 damage. Something to listen to while mineing

I was entering space just after logging in, I hit the ctrl-space to stop the ship from warping to its last known spot ( just in case ). I ejected from my ship to looking tofind a NPCless belt, then realised I hadn't bookmarked it. So I thought not to worry i will just go and find it, as i'm good at finding ships using the scanners. 6 hours later, no luck! I could only ever get as close as 1000000km from it. I'm sure it was stuck in some kind of limbo! I petitioned the problem but never ever received a reply:( If you want a hand looking for it gimme a shout

Dirtball	Posted - 2004.08.02 15:11:00 - [25] get as close as you can to your lost ship and check on the distance, lets just say 1,000,000 km then use the fastest ship you can find that can sustain that speed, lets say you get 5000 m/s (or 5 km/s) Narrow down the direction of the ship to the lowest possible angle and then start heading off that direction. now go afk for 55 hours and you'll be really close to that ship of yours

I didn't have enough cap to reach it when I escaped from the belt. I petitioned it and a friendly GM placed it in a hanger for me. However, it did take until the next down time till I was able to access. Good luck finding yours.
