You know, back in the day,I fully expected the Nemesis to fold into pokeball mode when it warped or something.I was severely disappointed when it didn't.

Hey,
You could do a Badger Mark II
Before I started working for CCP I really wanted to make it explode in a very graphic way  just imagine the front piece braking off and the cargo area ripping apart...mmmmmmm
If this is one of your first models then I suggest you pick something Caldari. It's not as "curvy" as the others so it might be easier

here is some inspiration
and here is the ship you want to go for.
get on the test server and train amarr frigate to lvl I or II (will take you like 20 minutes) and you will be able to fly it.
or just make an amarr alt, and he will be able to fly this ship right away. |

Well first of all, thanks for all the reply.
I know what I am gonna do now. And it is something different than I thought in the beginning.
What it will be I will tell in a second, but first I wanted to say that I was also thinking about the Hel Modell. So please send me some screenshots from all sides in high quality so I can do it at home in my free time.
So but now what I will do for my course.
I talked with my profs and they also had some ideas, so I got onto a new idea which I think is much more interesting for now.
First I created the EVE Online Logo myself. With all the shades and figures in there I am designing my own special spaceship.
This will be used to transform back into the EVE Online Logo.
With this I will try to make a small selfmade 3D teaser for the T3 stuff coming out soon. I hope you like the new idea and for sure I will show it here, when it is done. But for now I have to go onto it, as there is enough to do for the little time left :D
So stay tuned for more.

disolve into a falcon decloaking at a gate, nebulae in the distance all dramatic and pretty
Baseball bat comes swinging out of nowhere and send the falcon into the distance at ewarp speeds.

That ship always reminds me of those robots in Star Wars that roll in and have a shield around them. I remember the hangar scene where Anakin fires the ships guns at the droids.
A neat animation would show an oversized pod warping in and then slowly uncurling into an Anathema

Well it has been a few days. A lot changed and I have my presentation in a few hours.
So jsut up front. I had about 5 working days, for design, animation and rendering. Which is not a lot of time, so please do not expect a kind of Pixar animated movie.
And also do not forget it is my first 3D animation. I did my best in the time I had.
Results will be posted sometime around this weekend.

Apoc in the sky
Somthing i made as a easteregg in one of my maps, didden't have any decent textures at that point however so i just used the Dev ones
Made enterly by looking at my apoc and going "hmm, bendy bit goes here..." |
