Don't try and dilute the arguement quoting Ships that were REWARDED for INGAME events.
special "bonus ships", "Vip Pass's", "2x the rewards" and all the other rubbish that is being considerd is outragous and i think players have a right to complain about these 'features' being added to the game.
Its not just ccps marketting group that has control over this box set, its ATARI's aswell, and theyll be trying to weasel whatever they can out of ccp to make their box set as apealing to the general public as possible.
Will i be eating my hat when the new box set is released? probably not, the last patch proves that ccp want to move closer to a system where you buy your ingame items with oog currency. The infrastructure is in place now.

Proves ? , please explain your proof. I can't see jack ****, maybe i need a new glasses prescription.
Read the patch notes. Its not like any bugs were fixed last patch, it was simply CCP upgrading their website for a better $ -> Isk transfer system.
Edit=Just incase you do need glasses and werent joking, i decided to highlight the piont
The redeeming system allows players to take advantage of special offers made available by CCP and affiliated companies.
affiliated companies = Atari.

Are you trolling?, this entire thread is about players outrage over the new bonus's that are going to be giving away ALA NGE and the nerdrage it cuases when people spent their time EARNING these things ingame and then a month later see it given away to some new player simply to FakeRaise sales numbers for a greedy marketting devision.

But CCP I've been playing for 3 years, I earned my money, why do this new players get a free combat-less ship that can carry some cargo. It's no fair, EMO EMO EMO.
