If there was a "Kessel Run" in Eve, this baby could easily do it under a crappy 12 parsecs. 5% target painting per level! WTF I can't believe CCP haven't yet nerfed this imbalanced bonus all the way back to the Eve gate. Painting is one of he most under-rated modules in Eve. 5m^3 of drone space. What can I say - for a cheap frigate, simple amazing. Ladar sensor strength of 12! TWELVE! No matter how you say it, an incredible amount. Last, but not least - if you look and this ship and concentrate real hard - it looks like one of the original Transformers! I predict that the current Alliance tournament will be won by the team fielding the most Vigils.
Abrazzar	Posted - 2009.02.04 14:43:00 - [29] Vigil is great for semi-afk autopiloting. With a MWD it only needs some 4 seconds to approach a stargate. With the 3/3/3 slot layout you can even add some shield buffer and a bunch of salvagers for that random wreck you come across. Vigil FTW !
