Edited by: Monty Burns on 11/10/2004 15:02:06 Top night ladies!
Shame my CEO collapsed in a dribbling heap (check the photo's) early otherwise would of been there a lot later (he was crashing at mine) Archy, next time mate we need to get you drinking a lot later with more food inside ya
Rancid/Hardin! Keep up the good work guys, one of you better be going to Iceyland to show them how its done.
I got loads of pics of lots of people, if someone could host them, Evemail me an FTP location I can push em up for all to see.
Be lucky guys!
Edit: Linkage right here! Remember .... "Warrior" is not spelt w.h.o.#.ú Darwin 4tw

An excellent night, many thx to Hardin and the PIE & AMAX mob for allowing a minmatar to drink with them ;)
I was glad to see my autopilot did not malfunction and I ended up back at my safespot in one piece. Perception implants seem to be playing up today though.
**wonders if a spiced wine might make him feel better**

I think i'm going to blame it on being a new student who hasnt stopped drinking since freshers week and was on a fairly empty stomach ....euch. Was a dribbling wreck after only 5pints and a Tequila . Next time I'll try and last longer so I can drink more.
I did get some freebies though, have vague memories of Rancid's wife making me take my jacket and hoodie off and forcing a Heieneken shirt over my head think I've got a free hat too.

Massive props to Hardin & Rancid for sorting this - was a top, top night.
S'not every day you get to pay ú3.30 for a pint of Heineken
Myself, Gozer, Jungle Jim and Octo represented from Millennium/NSA - good to meet the guys behind the avatars...
So what can I say? We arrived at about 20:00, and the bar was already heavily camped, but the eve-radio guys were on station and working their diplomatic magic to keep the ceasefire in effect. The booze was flowing well already by the loks of things, and with a heart-touching dedication to a shared goal, the assemblage got on with the solemn task of ridding to bar of the hated b33r.
With the unfailing Millennium hunting instincts, the first people we encountered were Hanns (who delighted me with the news that the crow I relieved him of all that time ago was his first ), Jadrut and the Sneaky Magic boys. Despite several sweet ganking opportunities (4 MLM surrounding Hanns), the ceasefire was held, and the onslaught continued against the enemy.
All was stable until BAM! a RONA-KIA fleet warps in, spearheaded by Reptar. There is tension for a couple of seconds, but the ceasefire holds, and KIAInkZ commits his formidable pvb forces to the destruction of the common enemy.
A somewhat late arrival by BNC (must've been a node drop) was handled smoothly, with the enemy already under heavy fire, and DoctorGonzo & the crew sorted their formation in true BNC style (blacklight would be proud) and set about the evening's work.
Towards the end of he evening, whilst Reptar looked to be getting some good kills, it seemed that Gilad was coming out with the best body count of the engagement, either that or his stomach-tank needs a little work...
In the same manner as they arrived, R-K retreated to their safe-spot at about 23:00, and the bar camp started to thin out as folks logged soon after. MLM disengaged & made the long trip back to empire at about 23:30.
Great night - good to meet: Jungle Jim, Octo, Hanns, Jadrut, Reptar, DoctorGonzo & the BNC crew, InkZ, EddZ, Gilad, Pieman, Stumpy, Duplex, Saracen & the III crew, Hardin, Rancid Mare, Monty Burns and the eve-radio guys. And let's not forget the dev guy (the only other guy in the place with long hair, as far as I could tell...). Obviously there were more, but I'm gonna blame the volume of the music for missing names . Nothing to do with the alcohol at all yer honour...
Again - top night. Can't wait for the next one... ____________________________________________
