Rancid Mare	Posted - 2004.08.14 10:37:00 - [93] Update on venue !!! i have been working with Hardin on finding a venue as i happen to work in the trade as such.... unfortunatly my bloke who covers the london area is on hols for the next week or so...so nothing can be confired until then. what i can tell you is.... It will be a central london location (on the tube network) there will be a private area just for eve peoples attending this ****up.... trying very hard to get some conssesion on beer. possibly first heineken free for all people as they arrive. (I SAID POSSIBLY so dont grunt if theres no free beer) also trying very hard to secure some freebies to give out. nothing grand just a few Heineken caps/bags/tshirts etc something for you to take home with you to remind you of the wicked night out. as more info becomes avaliable either Hardin or myself will keep peeps updated. Great work At the last one we had one of the dev team turn up and throw out loads of free stuff too, any chance of dev / ccp bod attendance confirmation again, or not? Despite this we will still go ahead on Saturday 9th October in a central London venue (even if we can no longer have some free beer) I just need to find a large enough pub now.
