Simple solution have concord NPC ships fighting the high sec sansha ships, maybe a new site for vanguards, assaults and HQ where your fleet enters a raging space battle between the two sides with the objective being to repair concord ships and defeat the enemy, gives logis something to do on top of keeping DPS alive. |

CONCORD is officially neutral to the goings on of the empires. (which sanshas nation is) So they contract out their dirty work to us. They can't "officially" take action against Nation.

They actually can! Sansha's Nation, for obvious reasons, never became a CONCORD signatory, so CONCORD considers them to be a pirate entity.
Nation itself considers itself a burgeoning empire. |

No easily broken storyline needed.

I read somewhere on one of the Chronicles that when the Sansha Invade they have some type of jamming system that disables system security forces from attacking. Thoughs who aren't affected by it are ordered to protect planets, stations and the gate from other attacks too protect the civilians. Concord on the other hand I'm not sure. But we are expected too attack the Sansha on our own. I agree there is some immersion breaking in Incursion but be good too see it. I also agree taht Incursion are breaking EVE
