 Ok, then please explain to me how having a capitol that passes though high sec that has 0m3 cargobay and no slots for fittings or any active functionality will have any logistical value as I would be certain that if the op had his way then ccp would only allow capitols in that were empty and unfitted. |

Please point to the part of the op were he asked for cynos. I'm fairly sure he means allowing them to be built in high sec again so he can strut around his system of choice ala Chribba.

Your Right, jump brigeing an entire fleet into highsec has absolutely 0 logistical or tactical value...
Which is why it would never be allowed and the op didn't ask for it. Think past the twitch reaction please.  |
