Doubt it, no battleship rats in low sec. Plus you will die alot probably from player pirates.
Best to do your ninja ratting in 0.0.

Not worth it, stick to highsec missions or even lowsec missions (risky but more LP).

i hate it when idiots dont read the post, and dont answer the question, instead rambling their own little things.
anyway, yes u can make 10mill per hour killin cruisers and battlecruisers. if u were to do it in 0.0, it would be 20mill minimum. hope that helps.

Fit that Harby with a Repper, Cloak, and a MWD, bust a move into some deep 0.0 space and you'll make more.

Before joining Noir., I had to get my sec status up to -2 (check it, it's -1.98). I picked out a spot a few jumps from low sec in 0.0, in a dead end constilation with no systems lower than -0.6 true sec, and no stations, and hung out for a few days shooting rats. I made like 100 mil by accident; all I was going for was one BS, move to next system. If I'd been trying to make money, I'd have made probably a billion in 2 weeks, only doing it casually while watching tv episodes on the other monitor.
But I didn't see a soul. Most of 0.0 is empty. Find a spot with some -0.4 true sec systems, and no people, and go for it. Just realize that your NPC kills show up on the map, so have a cloak. But it's way easier than low sec and much faster.

as the above guys said. i use a harbinger in a quiet -0.86 and i easily make 20mil an hr.
